This project comprises the proposed township establishment on portion 6 of the Farm Molenje 204 LT within the jurisdiction of Collins Chabane Local Municipality in the Limpopo Province on behalf of the Mulenzhe Development Trust.

Zeal Engineering Consultants (Pty) Ltd has been appointed to conduct feasibility studies and establish availability of electricity capacity to supply this development. The development is situated 20km East of Thohoyandou town along the Thohoyandou-Malamulele Road, off the R524. The development area stretches along the Southern bank of the Nandoni dam.
