The purpose of the project is to build a swimming pool for the community of Cosmo City. The swimming pool will form part and exist in the same erf of the existing community development multipurpose centre. The building site will be situated where the current containerised clinic is operating. The clinic will have to be relocated, but without interrupting its operation.
